The 94th installation of the Rotary Club of Colombo was held at the Hilton Colombo. Around 120 club members, Rotarians and their distinguished guests attended the ceremony and enjoyed a great evening of fellowship. Rtn Asmath Iqbal was ceremoniously installed as the new president of the club. The first Sri Lankan Rotary International President – K R Ravindran and current District Governor Pubudu De Soyza who are also members of the club graced the occasion.

The Rotary Club of Colombo established in 1929 is the oldest and one of the most active clubs in Sri Lanka. The club members are involved in several voluntary avenues of service and continue to work with Rotary International and Rotary clubs around the world to engage in many community welfare projects around Sri Lanka.
