Susantha Balapatabendi hosted a grand cocktail at the GalleFace hotel to celebrate his appointment as a presidents counsel. Colleagues from the Attorney General's dept, judges of superior courts ,high courts and district courts, members of the Silk bar and unofficial bar, friends relatives joined in the celebrations.
