The Sri Lankan Medical and Dental Association in UK, held their Autumn charity ball at the Crowne Plaza in Buckinghamshire United Kingdom recently. This event was hosted by the President Dr Lankanatha Alwis and his committee, with a participation of over 280 guests, including NHS doctors, their families and friends. The funds raised will help medical and dental education in Sri Lanka. John Keells properties in Sri Lanka was the the main sponsor among many organisations who supported the event.
