The Royal College Group of 2000 Executive Committee recently organised a day of Avurudu festivities to celebrate the Sinhala and Tamil New Year.  The event was held at Water’s Way against the scenic backdrop of the Bolgoda lake. The executive committee’s aim to bring together old boys and their families to unite and indulge in a day of fun which included  Avurudu games, a cricket tournament and a Little Avurudu Kumari and Kumaraya contest was very successful as there was a large turn out of old boys and their families.
