Interbrands and the Daily FT celebrated International Women’s Day at a gala event at the Cinnamon Grand Oak Room recently. It was a star studded affair with leading women and men of the corporate world in attendance. The keynote address was with a difference where 11 women, leaders in their own field spoke of their achievements and endeavours in Breaking the Bias and achieving sustainable gender equality. A fashion show featuring 13 designers who presented their sustainable fashion collections, a six course gourmet dinner and entertainment by Soul Sounds, Ramya de Livera Pereira , Soundarie David and Naomi Wijemanne, made it a night to remember.
