For the first time Sri Lanka’s most celebrated chefs Peter Kuruvita, Dharshan Munidasa and Rishi Naleendra combined their culinary skills in an exclusive 6-hand dinner to raise funds in aid of those affected by the Easter Sunday attacks at Shangri-La Hotel, Colombo. The 6-course menu for the evening featured two unique dishes prepared by each chef, using only local ingredients to showcase the best of Sri Lanka’s natural resources. All proceeds from this event will be donated to the Sri Lanka Unites charity project.
