Amélie van Tass and Thommy Ten held their audience spellbound with a mind boggling show when they performed to a full house that was eagerly watching their every move. Titled Clairvoyants, the duo concluded a successful sold out show that took place at the Nelum Pokuna Rajapakse Theatre.
Born and raised in Austria, Amélie van Tass and Thommy Ten came together as a duo in 2011 October, upon realizing their mutual knack and penchant for performing illusions. Since they joined forces, they have put together some of the most nail-biting, sensational and well-thought out illusions and magic tricks in the entertainment industry. They were named ‘German Champions of Mentalism,’ ‘Magicians of the Year’ and ‘World Champions of Mentalism’. The duo also received worldwide acclaim in 2016, when they became the runners-up of America’s Got Talent Season 11. They currently headline ‘The Illusionists – Turn of the Century’ show which runs in New York City and is recorded as the bestselling magic show in Broadway history. Their shows have sold out in hundreds of countries around the world, and the duo enchanted and enthralled magic fans in Colombo as part of their international tour.
The Clairvoyants were brought to Sri Lanka by Cinnamon Life who are fast gaining a reputation for bringing great international acts to Sri Lanka.
