Colombo Expats Cultural Association (CECA), Sri Lanka, which is a multi-national community comprising of members from India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal, organized and celebrated the Festival of Colours – Holi at Vivanta Colombo, Airport Garden. Holi is a prominent hindu festival that is celebrated as the Festival of Colours, Love and Welcoming the Spring.
The celebration was honoured and presided by Ankuran Dutta, Director of ICCR (High Commission of India), along with the President of CECA, Capt. Anirban Banerjee, the Association mentors Ranjan Chakarawarthy and Sanjay Baid and Executive Members, Biswas Janardhanan, Jayadratha Das, Veena Durgabakshi, Biplav Mazumdar, Elvis Peter, Poornima Das, Manish Agarwal, Debjan Sarkar, and Swapan Haldar were other dignitaries who took part in the mega festival which brought about 250 families together in celebration.
