The Muslim Ladies’ Study Circle celebrated their 50th anniversary at Ramada Colombo. The Chief Guest at the event was Mizvar Makeen, the Group Managing Director of Macson Holdings. The guests were treated to an enjoyable evening with music from Indrani and Friends in Harmony together with Soundarie David Rodrigo and Soul Sounds. The power point presentation gave an overview of their social service activities which included times of national distress. The President of MLSC Shikkamani Ameena Musthapha thanked the guests and expressed the commitment of MLSC to further serving the nation. The theme for the event was appropriately ‘Nation Before Self’.
