Kemara, a 100% gluten, grain, dairy and sugar free café was opened in Sri Lanka recently for the first time. Kemara cuisine was started as a way to help eat better, without dieting or feeling deprived. Their goal is to introduce their favourite foods like pancakes , waffles, and crêpes and wraps etc with healthy alternatives. At Kemara they continually update them so one could find a new menu every month but may keep some of the favourites as they continually bring healthy food to the table.
