Cinnamon Grand Colombo together with the Executive Chef of M Hotel Saigon Chef Kiệt Trần presented a Pho-Nomenal Vietnamese Feast, recently. The specially curated buffet was held at the Courtyard, Cinnamon Grand Colombo. The buffet featured simple yet authentic Vietnamese dishes using traditional recipes that have been passed down by his ancestors. Chef Trần was flown down to Sri Lanka courtesy of Singapore Airlines who were the official airline partner for the promotion.
