The Brilliant Resilient is Sri Lanka’s first curated NFT digital art exhibition. It was curated by artist and photographer Kesara Ratnavibhushana for an international platform co-founded by Canadian-Indian art collector, entrepreneur, actress & writer Lisa Ray and her colleague Ayesha Khan for their platform TheUpsideSpace.com that will feature other exhibitions from across the Middle Eastern, South Asian and South East Asian region.
Several NFTs from the collection of 15 artists, ranging from sculpture to AI-powered art have already sold to an international and local audience. The pre-launch event was hosted by the Canadian High Commissioner David McKinnon and his partner Victoria Walker as one of the final events they facilitated prior to leaving their tenure in Sri Lanka. Lisa Ray flew down from her home in Dubai to show her personal support for the creative industry in Sri Lanka.
