Sri Lanka by Natasha Fonseka, she describes the practice as “a form of exercise that gets your blood pumping and gets you into a sweat! These moves can be used as stand-alone exercises or used to flow together which give you a phenomenal workout. In order to improve, you have to practice and afterwards you will get a great buzz and an endless flow of energy. It is suited to both beginners and advanced athletes alike and is mainly used as a supplementary workout.”
Natasha along with her husband Isuru received their certification in 2020 and became the first certified Animal Flow instructors in Sri Lanka. It’s been trending around the world for a couple of years but this is the first time it is being introduced in Sri Lanka. However due to the pandemic they could not officially launch the programme they had designed.
