Chef Larry has led numerous top tier restaurants in the UK. He is set to feature in the popular Netflix show Chef’s Table. Sri Lanka’s first-ever Michelin starred Chef Larry recently sat down with Hi!! for a tête-à-tête about his journey, his achievements, and his trip to Sri Lanka.
