Acclaimed celebrity chef ‘The Queen of Curry’, Felicia Sorensen celebrated her 80th birthday with a grand curated dinner and wine pairing at the newly renovated Il Ponte at Hilton Colombo. Guests were requested to come attired in formal suits for men and white for ladies and were treated to canapés at sunset, followed by a seven course sit down dinner with ingredients flown down from Australia for the evening.
