The food served at Claughton Wild is simple, fresh and tasty and sourced mainly from the local produce. Though hunger is always the
best sauce, Russel prides himself on serving a mean BBQ sauce which he insists comes from an old secret family recipe. If you’re
lucky, he may consent to whisper the secret ingredient.
