With a view of the Beira Lake, the new Italian bistro at Colombo City Centre is the talk of the town. The menu consists of Italian comfort food, from neopolitan pizzas to pasta and mains such as Risotto con pesce ‘persico’. With a few tweaks made to cater to the local Sri Lankan palate, the restaurant aims to merge with the local cuisine without losing its authenticity.
